テーマ：「The Mission of Leisure and Recreation」（レジャー・レクリエーションの使命）

WLCOME

Thank you very much for your continued understanding and cooperation in the activities of the Japan Society of Leisure and Recreation Studies.
As we have announced in our first newsletter in the past, following the international conference held in 2022, the Japan Society for Leisure and Recreation will host another international conference in February 2025.

We believe that today’s world is in an extremely unstable situation with various crises.
And while we are convinced that leisure and recreation are involved at the very essence of humanity,
This perception may vary greatly depending on the times, the society, and the group to which one belongs.
Therefore, we hope that researchers and practitioners from various regions, societies, cultures, and fields will interact with each other, question the “mission of leisure and recreation” in this period of change, and share important knowledge.
We hope that many of you will participate and present at the conference.
We will update the agenda as necessary, so please keep an eye out for future announcements.

ご挨拶

平素より、学会活動にご理解ご協力を賜り、誠にありがとうございます。
さて過日、第1報にてご案内させていただきましたが、2022年に開催いたしました国際会議に続き、2025年2月にも日本レジャー・レクリエーション学会主催の国際会議を開催する運びとなりました。

今日の世界は、様々な危機を迎え極めて不安定な状況にあると考えています。
また、レジャー・レクリエーションは、人間性の本質のところに関わると確信されながらも、その認識は、時代や社会、そして所属する集団によっても大きく変わるのではないでしょうか。
そこで、様々な地域・社会・文化・領域におけるそれぞれの研究者・実践者で相互交流を図り、この変動期における「レジャー・レクリエーションの使命」を問い、重要な知見を分かち合いたいと願っております。
開催要項をご確認いただき、多くのみなさまにぜひご参加、ご発表いただきたく、ここにご案内を申し上げます。
なお、開催要項は適宜変更更新いたしますので、今後のご案内にもどうぞご注目ください。
